User Agreement:

b. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and while using our services.
c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or harm the integrity of the PreLoved platform.
User Responsibilities:
a. Ad Listings: When posting an ad on PreLoved, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about the product or service being offered. You must ensure that the content of your ad complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Communication and Transactions: PreLoved provides a platform for communication between buyers and sellers. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence, verify information, and negotiate the terms of any transactions conducted through the platform.
c. Privacy and Data: By using PreLoved, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of personal information.
Prohibited Content:
a. Illegal Activities: You are prohibited from posting ads that promote or facilitate illegal activities, including the sale of prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe upon intellectual property rights.
b. Inappropriate Content: PreLoved does not allow the posting of content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
c. Misleading Information: You must not provide false or misleading information in your ad listings or engage in deceptive practices.
Intellectual Property:
a. Ownership: PreLoved retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, and content. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
b. Copyright Infringement: If you believe that any content on PreLoved infringes upon your copyright, please notify us promptly, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Liability and Dispute Resolution:
a. Limitation of Liability: PreLoved does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any ads or services listed on the platform. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users.
b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold PreLoved harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms and conditions.
c. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved. PreLoved is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes.
Modifications and Termination:
a. Modifications: PreLoved reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the platform.
b. Termination: PreLoved may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason.
